Firewood Delivery Terms & Conditions 

By placing an order with Zac’s Firewood Supply, you agree to the following:

Access: You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to your delivery location (driveway cleared of snow/ice, no low wires/branches, firm ground, adequate turning space).

Delivery Location: Firewood will be dropped where requested only if safely accessible. If not, it will be delivered to the nearest safe location.

Surface & Property Risk: Delivery vehicles are heavy and may cause rutting or damage to lawns, gravel, pavers, asphalt, or concrete. Customer assumes responsibility for property conditions and underground hazards (including septic systems, irrigation, and utilities).

Order Concerns: Any concerns about volume or product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations: Changes/cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Late cancellations or refused deliveries may result in a trip fee.

Proof of Delivery: Photos may be taken for delivery confirmation.

Weather Delays: Delivery times may change due to weather or road conditions.
